  I had to call the pharmacy to place and order for my grandma and I spoke to a pharmacy rep because we couldn't find the RX# of a particular item. I spoke to Joanne and it seems she wasn't pleased to help me. She sounded annoyed and her answers to my questions were curt. Usually, when a prescription is expired the pharmacy will contact the patient's doctor to refill but Joanne did not suggest and said flatly that I HAVE to call, quickly said goodbye and hung up. I shudder to think if it had been my grandma who called and was met with such rudeness.
